Fertility Assessment

Understand your reproductive health before choosing the next step

A fertility assessment reviews ovulation, ovarian reserve, reproductive anatomy and semen parameters where appropriate. It helps identify factors that may affect conception without assuming every patient needs the same tests. At Madilu Multispeciality Clinic, consultations focus on clear explanations, shared decisions and care appropriate to each patient’s medical needs.

About Fertility Assessment

When Should You Consult a Doctor?

  • You are planning pregnancy and have known reproductive concerns
  • You have irregular cycles
  • You are 35 or older and have tried for six months
  • You have had previous fertility treatment.

Diagnosis & Treatment

A clinician reviews menstrual and medical history, medications and lifestyle, and may advise ultrasound, selected hormone tests, semen analysis or tubal assessment. Results are interpreted together; AMH alone does not predict natural fertility. Your clinician will explain any recommended investigation or intervention, potential risks, alternatives, follow-up and expected limitations. Treatment is individualized and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
